It's already the middle of current month, so let's sum it up. And let's try to keep it short. So, Finnish vappu (aka the first of May) came and went like any other day. I was just chilling and recovering from the previous day's happenings. I spend the whole day in a boxing camp and the exercises were really intense. Or at least that's what the most of us thought after them. At least for a moment at that time.
I'm also pretty sure that all of you know this next phrase: "work hard, play hard". And we kinda put it into action. There're plenty of ways to have a good time with your pals, but I can assure you that the people around/among martial arts know how to do it properly. No questions asked, that's the fact, end of story.

So, in the next morning it took a while to get myself up from the bed even though I came home quite early (or earlier than usual). But that's what you get when you stay out until the dark hours. But every now and then it's totally worth it! And like the commercial of L’Oréal says, I'm worth it.
Absorb what is useful, discard what is not, add what is uniquely your own.

Then nothing extra special for a while expect a slight lack of motivation. My mood for doing stuff varies weekly, but for now it's going to the right direction. And now I really need to get my shit together 'cause I should be able to show some results at the next body composition analysis. I met a PT and we made this deal but because of my mood swings I'm actually a bit scared of the next appointment, and face the cruel fact that there hasn't been any improvements whatsoever. But the one to blame will be found only by looking into the mirror.
Being in the middle of crises like this sucks. For example you would like to get yourself to the better-summer-body-shape for summer, but you're still daily making decisions between a long jog and a pint of Ben & Jerry's. Where's the light of the end of the tunnel? Does it even exist?
You have to fight to reach your dream. You have to sacrifice and work hard for it.
